Parks and Recreation
Overview
The City of Sweet Home strives to maintain a Parks System that provides a variety of recreational opportunities for the community in all areas of the City.

There are many benefits of our City Parks. Parks provide recreational opportunities, open space, a place to gather, refuge for wildlife, as well as help to preserve sensitive ecosystems like our wetlands and riparian corridors.

City Parks are open from daylight to an hour after sunset. Exact hours vary throughout the year.

RESERVATIONS
To reserve an area of any City Park, please complete & return the Park Reservation Form to the Parks Department at City Hall. The fee to reserve Weddle Bridge is $50; "The Hut" can be rented for $15.00/hr; and tables & chairs are available for use with $100 deposit.  All other parks and areas are currently free of charge with your completed reservation form.
