As part of our ongoing attempts to better serve you, the City of Sweet Home has recently added this "Citizen Request Tracker" module in an effort to allow citizens to communicate with us as well as facilitate interoffice communication.  

Using this module will allow our website visitors an improved method to easily report problems, such as potholes, missing road signs, general complaints, etc., and to track the progress of the request(s) to their resolution.  

Citizens can login into their profile to submit a new service request or complaint, view pending issues, re-open a closed issue, update their contact information, and more.
