The Planning aspect of the Community Development Department provides services in relation to the development of property within the City.
We work with individuals to help them develop their property the way they want within the rules and regulations set by the City.
Land Use Planning handles:
- Comprehensive Planning and Zoning
- Subdivisions, Partitions, and Property Line Adjustments
- Planned Developments
- Conditional Uses
- Variances to existing standards
