Budget Committee Meetings
The City of Sweet Home Budget Committee typically convenes once or twice in the spring of each year to consider the upcoming fiscal year's proposed budget. A link to join the meetings virtually will be posted on this page once available. Check our agenda page for scheduled meetings.
Once meetings are scheduled, they will be streamed via the Microsoft Teams platform and asks the public to utilize this option. Information to join the meeting will be posted on this page once available. There will be opportunity for public input via the live stream. A Microsoft Teams account is not required to join this meeting. Any member of the public who joins the meeting via video or phone will join as an attendee and will be muted upon joining. If participating via video, to speak with the Committee, press the hand icon to "raise your hand" and you will be moved into a queue to speak. Participants joining the meeting via phone will be called on by phone number to speak to the Committee (press *6 to unmute and you will be called on).
Please note that these meetings are recorded and anything said or put in writing will become part of the public record.
