Chief Ogden has been serving this community since 1997. He was promoted to Patrol Sergeant on June 10, 2013, then promoted to the Police Captain position on July 1, 2021, and finally to Chief of Police on October 30, 2022.
Chief Ogden received his basic police certification in 1999, his intermediate police certification in 2000, his advanced police certification in 2004, his supervisory certification in 2014 and his management certification in 2015.
Chief Ogden has a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Fox University majoring in Business Administration.
