REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF PRE-QUALIFICATIONS
MAHLER WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that all General Contractors and Electrical Subcontractors who intend to submit a bid for the construction of the City of Sweet Home’s Mahler Water Reclamation Facility Improvements Project must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on the Project. The City of Sweet Home hereby extends an invitation to prospective bidders to submit Statements of Pre-Qualifications. Detailed submittal requirements are provided in the Request for SOPQ document below. A mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 10 AM (Pacific Time.) Submittals are due July 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm local time.
The current engineer’s estimate is $40-50M. Construction will be completed in multiple phases as described in the detailed submittal requirements and will include installation of Liquid Stream upgrades, Solid Stream upgrades, Electrical Instrumentation & Controls upgrades, Plant Control and Maintenance Building, and Outfall. The list of pre-qualified General Contractors and Electrical Subcontractors shall be used for bidding all project phases.
