The Utilities Division is responsible for providing effective technical services regarding:

The Utilities Division mission is one of operating and maintaining the water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as the appropriate corresponding distribution and collection systems, in such a way as to meet strict governmental requirements while providing safe drinking water and protecting the health of the environment. 

Quality Policy
Our mission is to provide prompt and courteous service to the citizens of Sweet Home and to respond to their requirements, present and future, in the safest, most effective and efficient manner possible, while striving to produce our products to the highest quality standards available. 

We are dedicated to continually improve our quality management and comply with requirements within our quality management system and strive to promote:
